Chapter 01
The brief
Fieldnote makes small batches by hand and sells out in hours, then answers the same emails for weeks. They needed a shop that could handle drops, explain why no two pieces match, and stay calm when two thousand people arrive at once.
Chapter 02
The idea
Each piece gets its own field note: who threw it, the clay it came from and the kiln it survived. Product pages read like a potter's notebook, and a gentle queue turns release day into an event instead of a crash.

Chapter 03
The result
Drops now sell out without a single outage, and the notes have become the studio's favourite marketing. Customers share them more often than the photos.
